Teriyaki Marinade

1                     onion finely chopped
250 ml             Soy Sauce
200g                Brown Sugar
50ml                Peanut Oil
5ml                  Sesame Oil
50g                  Chopped Ginger
30g                  Chopped Garlic
300ml              Pineapple or Orange Juice
25g                  Chilli Paste (Sambal Oleck)
150ml              Sake

Marinade for Roast Meats


200ml              Dijon Mustard
20g                  Dried Oregano           
20g                  Dried Thyme
20g                  Dried Rosemary
30g                  Chopped Garlic
2 tsp                White Pepper
